Although in the midst of festival season, Ibiza and the annual holiday getaways, for those looking for a worthwhile ticket for a party in the capital, there’s a shedload of events happening in London that are well worth heading to, and none more so than Charity the ‘Hope Project’s‘ fundraiser.
In 2016 Ellie and Tania met volunteering in Idomeni during the refugee crisis. After traveling back and forth between Greece and London for months they decided that this was not enough: the idea of Hope Project was born.
The Project is based in Thessaloniki, Greece and their mission is to equip and empower displaced children and adults through informal, creative educational programmes. Hope Project is a safe environment and platform where these children and adults can develop and contribute towards the project, society and their own future.
The organisation is up and running but really needs help and that’s why they’re putting on ‘Dance For Hope’. All proceeds of ticket sales will go directly to Hope Project and music on the night will come from:
