It’s a Smooth, Ethereal Groover from the Berlin Artist
Working tirelessly in his studio within the halls of Funkhaus Berlin – Producer and songwriter Liam Mour has been creating some of the most exciting electronic music over the past year. He first wowed us with the sounds of his ‘Ode To Youth’ EP before dropping ‘Dreaming of A Better’ place last year, he’s now returned with the first track from what’s sure to be a scintilating EP later in the summer. The new single ‘If We Only Had’, draws on elements from across the electronic music spectrum. Starting with the unmistakable sound of Lo-Fi pads, the track soon builds towards an impressive breakdown with stunning synth stabs.
An established resident of Funkhaus Berlin with two eclectic EP’s to his name (2020’s debut Ode To Youth, and the recent Dreaming of A Better Place), Mour has become synonymous with dusky dancefloor tracks that carry equally dreamy melodies. With previous stellar coverage from Kaltbult, Clash, Mixmag, Earmilk, Magnetic Mag, and God Is In The TV, as well as support on the airwaves from BBC 6Music and BBC Radio 1, he continues to prove himself as one to watch for 2021.
“The track is about all the good memories of life and the desire to honor and relive these moments.” – Liam Mour
