Passionfruit announce Kareem Ali’s debut London headline Show [EVENT Preview]

New-York native house and electronic producer Kareem Ali announces his debut London headline show.

A breakout producer from the pandemic era, Kareem made a name for himself with consistent releases of original material over the past few years. Pushing afrofuturism through his music, with titles such as Future Black Music, We Are Stardust, Black Science, Black Power…

A Jazz head first and foremost, inspired by the cosmos and likes of Sun Ra, Herbie Hancock, Larry Heard and Underground Resistance. Now located in Tucson, Arizona, Kareem releases independently via his CosmoFlux label, with supporters ranging from Four Tet, Caribou, Bradley Zero, Sherelle and Bicep. He is currently working on his grand opus, “Godson of House: The Album” due later this year.

Passionfruit is a new genre-spanning party that has been curated to celebrate musical communities and club cultures around the world. Co-founded by one of Rinse FM’s newest residents (previously Worldwide FM) DJ/broadcaster Esk, A&R at Parlophone Records Jason Ngimbi, and Creative Director Oscar Ingham.
