The London-Based Grime Prodigy Shares A Potent Piece of Work
Sure to be one of the names to watch out for in the grime scene over the coming months, London-based MC SBK has been lighting up the scene with tracks from his EP ‘Uphill Struggle’ which is out today. Packing a serious punch, and rich with a unique energy, the EP is a project that shows a character way beyond his years. The outstanding production comes courtesy of Husky loops frontman Danio Forni, the whole project packs serious energy which never lets up from track to track.
Born in Stevenage and now based in London, SBK can list an amount of accolades that vastly experienced artists would be proud of. At age 14, he’s clocked performances with Lord of The Mics, as well as performing alongside the likes of Novelist, AJ Tracey, Skepta, Big Zuu and plenty more. He’s also running his own label ENXRGY RECORDINGS, as well as his own clothing line ‘Serenity by SBK’.
