We were immediately impressed by his unique take on funk-rich pop and charismatic visuals. He’s continued in this vein with following releases, and now reveals the new single ‘Won’t Stop Crying’.
Heavily inspired by Global funk and soul, and acts such as Toro Y Moi and his best friends strongboi, Thor’s music is often compared on YouTube comments to a PG-13 version of Die Antwoord. Harnessing elements of pop, funk, disco and soul – His music is a truly fresh and unique take.
The new single sees the Berlin-based songwriter exploring the effect of dating apps on society and relationships. Director Robert Smith, explains..
